Building/Zoning Permit Information
The Codes Enforcement Office in its effort to assist the applicant in the permit review process, has developed a list of general guidelines (see below) for plan submittal to the Township.

- Building Permit Application – To be completed for all building projects (commercial and residential) See Building Guides below. PA UCC mandates that residential reviews be conducted within a maximum of 15 business days of submittal and commercial reviews with 30 business days.**
- Zoning Permit Application – To be completed for all projects which will have an expansion of the exterior area of a site (additions, accessory structures, driveway expansion outside of road right-of-way, new structures) Zoning Guide is attached.

- Workmen’s Compensation Insurance Form – Proof of Workmen’s Compensation Insurance is required for all projects

Fee Schedule
All applicable fees for any Township Business can be found in the adopted Fairview Township Schedule of Fees.
