MINUTES

I. PUBLIC HEARING – ZONING ORDINANCE

The Hearing was called to order by the Vice Chairman, Mr. Pirritano at 6:09p.m.

II. PRESENT: Mario D. Pirritano, Vice-Chairman
Christopher L. Allen, Supervisor
Robert P. Stanley, Jr., Supervisor
Stephen F. Smith, Manager
Donald F. Martin, Assistant Manager
Stephen M. Waller, Codes Administration Director
David A. Jones, Stock & Leader, Solicitor

ABSENT: William Brown, Chairman
John Minito, Supervisor
Lt Jason Loper, Police Department
Donna L. Nissel, Secretary

III. PRESENTATION AND PUBLIC COMMENT:

Tim Staub from Rettew gave a presentation on the Zoning Ordinance update.

There was no comment from the Public.

There was no comment from the Board.

The Hearing was closed.

IV. CALL TO ORDER:

The public meeting was called to order by the Vice Chairman, Mr. Pirritano at 6:24p.m.

VI. RECOGNITION OF PUBLIC:

There was no public comment.

VII. AGENDA ITEMS:

1. Ordinance No. 2013-2 Zoning Ordinance:

Mr. Stanley made a motion seconded by Mr. Allen to adopt Ordinance No. 2013-2, an ordinance to amend the zoning ordinance by repealing the existing ordinance in its entirety and adopting a new zoning ordinance in its place. Vote on the motion: Mr. Pirritano Yes, Mr. Allen Yes, Mr. Stanley Yes. The motion carried.

2. Declaration of Surplus Vehicles:

Mr. Stanley made a motion, seconded by Mr. Allen to declare a 2004 Ford Expedition as surplus equipment to be sold at a public auction. Vote on the motion: Mr. Pirritano Yes, Mr. Allen Yes, and Mr. Stanley Yes. The motion carried.
