MINUTES

I. CALL TO ORDER:

The meeting was called to order by Mr. Albert at 11:44 a.m.

II. ROLL CALL:

PRESENT: Perry Albert, Chairman
John W. Mickle, III, Vice Chairman
John C. Minito, Supervisor
William C. Brown, Supervisor
Mario D. Pirritano, Supervisor
Paula S. Tezik, Manager
Stephen F. Smith, Assistant Manager
Bernard G. Dugan, Chief of Police

III. ANNOUNCEMENT OF EXECUTIVE SESSION:

Mr. Albert announced that an Executive Session was held prior to the meeting to discuss personnel matters.

IV. RECOGNITION OF PUBLIC:

Jeff Greenawalt, 269 Valley Road, addressed a drainage pipe that discharges water on the south side of his residence. This drainage is preventing him from constructing a garage in that location. He asked the Board to move the discharge point north of his house to permit the water to drain across that upper part of his property. He said the water will ultimately flow to the inlet on Valley Road. The Board will review his request.

V. AGENDA:

1. Termination of Employment:
Mr. Brown made a motion, seconded by Mr. Minito to terminate the employment of Cynthia Keller effective December 12, 2007.
Vote on the motion: Mr. Pirritano, no. All others, yes. The motion carried.

2. Resolution No. 2007-17, Installation of Street Lights – Olde Orchard:
Mr. Mickle made a motion, seconded by Mr. Brown to approve Resolution No. 2007-17.
Vote on the motion: All yes. The Resolution was adopted.

VI. ADJOURNMENT:
The meeting adjourned at 12:30 p.m.
